[2008] EWCA Crim 707

A sentence of four years' imprisonment for an offence of revenge was replaced with a sentence of 30 months' imprisonment where the trial judge had adopted the wrong starting point as to the appropriate length of sentence and had failed to give sufficient discount for the guilty plea.
