[2012] EWCA Crim 2974

An offender's conviction for conspiracy to supply class A drugs was not rendered unsafe by the Crown's failure to disclose evidence implicating his co-accused in a second drug conspiracy. Implicating his co-accused would only have weakened his own case that he had no knowledge of the conspiracy.
