A conviction for offences related to the publication of obscene articles was safe, as images published on a website abroad were further published when downloaded in the UK, affording jurisdiction to the court, and the computers used, other than the computer used to download the material, were involved in the transmission and not production of material to the website and back, and were therefore not required to be certified as operating properly.
