[2014] EWCA Crim 64

The court refused to grant permission to appeal against conviction to the director of a pension trustee firm who had been convicted of conspiracy to defraud the beneficiaries of pensions. Although the Crown had failed to disclose certain evidence at trial and other evidence had been overlooked, neither matter was of material significance and neither had any impact on the overall verdict.
