[2007] EWCA Crim 2924

A sentence of 12 months' imprisonment was upheld where an offender had pleaded guilty to offences of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and making and possessing indecent photographs of children, because of the ages of the children involved and the predatory nature of the activities.
