[2009] EWCA Crim 423

A total sentence of 28 months' imprisonment imposed for aggravated vehicle-taking and driving whilst disqualified was reduced to 25 months' imprisonment as the offender had not been given sufficient credit for his guilty pleas, which were made at the first opportunity.
