In an appeal against conviction for offences of indecent assault on a female, indecency with a male and gross indecency with a child, it was not incumbent upon the judge to issue Turnbull guidelines to the jury because the identification of the appellant was not a "fleeting glance" identification. The judge's summing-up could not be flawed and accordingly the appeal was dismissed.
