[2003] EWCA Crim 2405

Unsuccessful appeal against conviction for indecent assault by an appellant with a "shoe fetish" who had touched the complainant's legs and shoes. An error by the judge in his summing up as to the relevance of the complainant's state of mind did not affect the safety of the conviction.
