Where a trial judge had informed a jury that it had ample time to consider its verdicts and the opportunity to return the following week if required, it had not been established that the jury had been under undue pressure in a case where it had returned guilty verdicts shortly after the judge had asked whether it was likely to reach a decision if given more time.
