[2012] EWCA Crim 1533

A sentence of 30 months' imprisonment for an offence of burglary was reduced to 24 months, as the sentencing judge had failed to give sufficient recognition to the offender's efforts to reduce the level of his offending. Credit of 20 per cent for his plea of guilty was appropriate, where he had been caught on CCTV committing the offence.
