[2010] EWCA Crim 655
The judge had been wrong to impose a sentence of imprisonment for public protection, with a minimum term of two years, on an offender who pleaded guilty to arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered. The correct sentence was a determinate sentence of three years' imprisonment.
