[2012] EWCA Crim 1231

A two-year anti-social behaviour order prohibiting an offender from being in any other place but his home address between the hours of 22.00 and 06.00 following his convictions for burglary and aggravated vehicle taking was quashed as it was neither necessary nor proportionate. The order would bite for a very short period and would not focus on the time when the offender had committed the offences.
