Appeal against five years' imprisonment for conspiracy to defraud unsuccessful because the fraud was of a substantial amount, well planned, in active operation for four years and the appellant induced his employees to co-operate. The appellant's experience of maltreatment by fellow prisoners was irrelevant to the determination of sentence.
