[2006] EWCA Crim 3323

A judge had been wrong to rule that a police cell came within the exception to the Public Order Act 1986 s.4A(2): a police cell was a place where a person was detained in custody, not a place that a person occupied as living accommodation within the meaning of s.8 of the Act.
