[2004] EWCA Crim 3253

The word "both" in the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 s.63(2) limited the scope of the section so that, for the purposes of a confiscation order relating to the proceeds of "drug trafficking", activity that was not drug trafficking could not be converted into drug trafficking.
