[2008] EWCA Crim 3207

A 10-year financial reporting order, which had been imposed alongside a 30-year prison sentence and a confiscation order for drug smuggling was upheld, as the judge had correctly directed himself as to the correct criteria for imposing a financial reporting order. The offender had committed a specified offence and the judge was justified in concluding that he would commit further specified offences.
