[2012] EWCA Crim 484

A judge's direction to the jury that they were entitled to draw an adverse inference under the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 s.34 from a defendant's failure to answer questions in police interview had raised all the considerations the jury needed to take into account before considering what, if any, inference to draw.
