[2004] EWCA Crim 1117

The appellant's conviction for theft was unsafe as the victims had failed to inform the prosecution that they were subject to criminal proceedings in relation to serious fraud, the case had hinged on the victims' credibility and, had the information been known, their credibility would have been severely damaged.
