[2008] EWCA Crim 2726

A court had properly directed a jury on the distinction between dangerous driving which created the circumstances of a fatal collision and that which was the actual cause of death. The conviction for causing death by dangerous driving of a driver who had put other road users at risk by driving a truck with an unsecured load was upheld.
