[2009] EWCA Crim 2016

A notional determinate sentence of six years' imprisonment was, having regard to early guilty pleas, too high a starting point from which to sentence an arsonist convicted of two counts of arson, and was reduced to a notional determinate sentence of four years' imprisonment.
