[2009] EWCA Crim 855

A sentence of three years and four months' imprisonment was appropriate following a plea of guilty to an offence of dwelling-house burglary committed during the day when the house was unoccupied, where electrical and personal items had been taken, and where the offender had a substantial history of offences of dishonesty.
