[2009] EWCA Crim 2563

Whilst a trial judge should have used the JSB specimen direction on standard of proof, rather than directing the jury that the standard to apply was satisfaction of guilt beyond all reasonable doubt, it could not be said that the jury had been so confused as to apply the wrong standard of proof.
