R V A (CHILD ABDUCTION) (1999)
PUBLISHED September 14, 1999For the purposes of s.2 Child Abduction Act 1984, a person was guilty of the offence of child abduction where he was the effective cause of the child being removed from the lawful control of any person with such control of the child. A person did not necessarily have to be the sole cause of the child's removal.
