Where two or more conspirators had been adjudged to have been co-principal conspirators who had jointly obtained the benefit of the proceeds of the conspiracy, the decision in R. v Waya (Terry) [2012] UKSC 51, [2013] 1 A.C. 294 did not require the value of the benefit to be apportioned between them for the purposes of a confiscation order, nor did it require the apportionment of the recoverable amount.
