[2013] EWCA Crim 368

A letter from a juror during a trial, which complained of prejudice and bulling amongst some of the jurors, did not automatically require the judge to discharge the jury. The judge's decision to proceed with the trial and give a stern direction to the jury had been entirely appropriate.
