[2010] EWCA Crim 102

Restrictions placed on offenders under serious crime prevention orders were proportionate to their roles in the offence of counterfeiting and the risk of future offending and were properly designed to serve the purpose of disrupting or preventing their involvement in any further serious crime under the Serious Crime Act 2007 s.19.
