[2007] EWHC 1772 (QB)

It was appropriate to grant consent to prefer a voluntary bill of indictment against the first and fourth respondents on charges under the Criminal Law Act 1977 s.1(1) as there was sufficient evidence from which a jury could properly draw the inferences necessary to convict them.
