[2011] EWHC 938 (Admin)

When assessing the suitability of a prisoner for release on licence, under the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997 s.28(6), the Parole Board was required to apply the same test to prisoners imprisoned for public protection under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 s.225 as that which applied to "conventional" life prisoners.
