There had been no arguable breach of the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.3 where the police had left a detainee in his cell for 35 minutes with no clothing or blanket. The items had been removed from the detainee in order to prevent him from harming himself, and had been returned to him as soon as the risk of self-harm had receded.
