[2010] EWHC 894 (Admin)

A bus lane adjudicator had erred in finding that a local authority's road signs were inadequate because they did not specifically state that an area was a bus lane. It was sufficient for the signs to state that cars were prohibited from entering the area, they did not have to make it clear that the area was a bus lane.
