[2009] EWHC 1380 (Admin)

Amendments to the early release provisions in the Criminal Justice Act 1991 Pt II by the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 did not breach a long-term prisoner's rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.6 and there was no unfairness caused to the prisoner by the fact that he did not fall within the amendments.
