[2013] EWHC 1950 (Admin)

The Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 did not, in introducing either the "tariff-expired removal scheme" or the extended determinate sentence, discriminate against British prisoners serving indeterminate sentences of imprisonment for public protection in prisons in the United Kingdom.
