[2008] EWCA Civ 177

The omission from the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No.8 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2005 Sch.2 para.23(1)(b) of any reference to the Criminal Justice Act 1991 s.33(3) relating to the duration of licence conditions for long-term prisoners was a drafting error and the court was entitled to correct it.
