[2011] EWHC 286 (Admin)

The detention of two prisoners, for certain periods, in a segregation unit was in accordance with prison policy and their rights under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.6. There were considerable safeguards in the segregation procedure which was, additionally, susceptible to effective oversight through the means of judicial review.
