[2004] EWHC 1592 (Admin)

The Coroner had erred by refusing to grant anonymity to two police officers in respect of an inquest into the death of a suspect shot by one of the officers. The European Convention on Human Rights Art.2 was engaged and there was a risk of serious harm to the officers and their families.
