An offender's conviction for conspiracy to supply heroin was upheld as safe where fresh expert evidence could not reasonably have affected the jury's decision to convict, as there was no credible explanation for the finding of his fingerprints on pieces of tape used in the packaging of heroin other than that he had been involved in the packaging or repackaging of the drugs, and was therefore guilty.
