Revised guidance on out-of-time submissions of Advocates' Graduated Fee Scheme (AGFS) claims is now available following a number of recent costs judge decisions.

These decisions were made in Litigator Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS) cases.

The revisions were made to the guidance and highlighted in issue 3 of 'Bar Bulletin', published on 3 August 2012.

They further address the issue of out-of-time claims where 'good reason' and/or 'exceptional circumstances' have been claimed.

The revised guidance is applicable to all AGFS and LGFS claims.
