Mother of legal highs' victim urges Prime Minister to publish vital report
PUBLISHED October 13, 2014The mother of a 21-year-old medical student who died after taking a legal high has written an impassioned letter to David Cameron imploring him take urgent action to prevent more unnecessary deaths.
