An extradition order was justified where the appellant, who had been convicted in the United Kingdom of tobacco smuggling, had provided stolen cars and credit cars to agents recruited in France. The fact that M had stolen the cars in the United Kingdom was irrelevant as he had aided and abetted their use in France.
