Ministers 'to scrap fraud juries'

PUBLISHED June 21, 2005

Plans to end trial by jury in complex fraud cases are expected to be unveiled by Attorney General Lord Goldsmith.

Lord Goldsmith is expected to outline the government's preferred alternative to juries in such cases.
