A police officer who was arrested, detained for interview and charged with causing death by dangerous driving as a result of a fatal crash that occurred when he was pursuing another vehicle, but against whom the prosecution was ultimately discontinued, failed to prove against the police a lack of reasonable and probable cause for prosecuting him, or that his arrest and detention were unlawful.
