Where a dispenser had selected an incorrect drug and passed it to a pharmacist who then authorised an incorrect prescription, the dispenser and the pharmacist were accountable and the dispenser did not avoid conviction on the basis that the pharmacist was more in control of the supply having higher qualifications and a more important position, nor did the pharmacist's failure to carry out the necessary checks break the chain of supply.
