[2011] EWHC 498 (Admin)

The extradition of an individual to the Czech Republic under a European Arrest Warrant was ordered, as the offence for which his extradition was requested was described with sufficient detail to comply with the requirements of the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(c), and the offence specified satisfied the requirements of dual criminality under s.64(3)(b).
