[2011] EWHC 2113 (QB)

The Criminal Defence Service (Funding) Order 2007 Sch.2 Pt 2 para.10(6) was not to be read literally. It did not apply to members of the Very High Costs Cases panel; it was applicable to non-panel members operating under a General Criminal Contract where a case was subsequently classified as a VHCC after the grant of a representation order.
