A police officer who had obtained from a female interviewee, over the course of several visits to her home, detailed explicit information about her sexual conduct, which was not for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime, had subjected her to harassment. His touching of her, purportedly to comfort or cuddle her, amounted to battery.
