The Leasehold Valuation Tribunal had jurisdiction under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 s.91 to determine the terms of acquisition relating to an interest to be acquired by a nominee purchaser under Chapter I of the Act, which in the circumstances included a disputed part of additional land sought to be part of a collective enfranchisement under s.24 of the Act.
