[2011] EWHC 1558 (Admin)

Where a defendant had been given consecutive custodial sentences for offences which had taken place both before and after the coming into force of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 and had subsequently been sentenced to a further consecutive custodial term, the licence expiry date was to be calculated by aggregating the total of all the sentences in accordance with s.264(3) of the Act.
