The Interests of Justice Guidance used for considering the merits of an application for Legal Aid in the magistrates' and the Crown Court has been revised

The new version of the document should be used with immediate effect and is available to download from the LSC website.

Any queries should be directed to the Legal Aid team at the magistrates' court where you will be submitting your application.
