In respect of a confiscation order once assets had been identified as relevant realisable property they may be recovered from any trust or company irrespective of any legal obstacles or protections that might arise under company or trust law, subject to the protection afforded by the Criminal Justice Act 1988 s.80(2) and s.82(4).
