It would not be wrong to order the extradition of a person convicted in his absence for an offence of dishonesty by a Czech court where: (i) he had chosen not to take part in those proceedings; and (ii) where, despite the low monetary value of the offence, his criminal record meant that the offence could not be dismissed as trivial.
